Abstract

The apparatus (21) has a sheet supply container (22) for receiving sheets (24) to be treated, and a rotatably movable stop (46) with a movable arm (48) between an open position and a closed position. Blocking units block the stop in closed position when a movable frame (34) is in raised position and release the stop when the frame leaves the raised position. A return unit is stretched to return the stop towards a closed position, where forces exerted on the stop against the return unit by the sheet are sufficient to open the stop, when the stop is released.
