Description de l'invention La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour séparer les capsules du café qu'elles contiennent après usage dans une cafetière haute pression .Sont ainsi facilités , après usage de l'invention, le conditionnement , la collecte , le stockage , le transport et le recyclage des capsules usagées. 10 Le rejet des capsules métalliques avec le café qu'elles contiennent, pose un problème écologique. Les capsules ne sont pas triées, le métal utilisé est inoxydable, le café qui pourrait être utilisé comme un fertilisant , est perdu . Pour être classé recyclable un emballage doit être séparé de son contenu. La séparation du café et de la capsule est donc une étape préalable et indispensable au recyclage des 15 capsules et du café. Le seul dispositif existant est industriel et nécessite plusieurs étapes pour la séparation du café et de la capsule après écrasement de la capsule pleine. Les capsules ainsi retroussées ont la même forme qu'avant traitement, mais opercule ouvert. Ayant toutes la même forme ouverte elles sont empilables. Ainsi dans une boite de 10 capsules neuves on peut mettre au moins 120 capsules conditionnées. Il peut s'agir d'une machine individuelle utilisable à domicile ou pour des petits groupes, ou industrielle utilisable dans le processus industriel de recyclage. 25 Les figures 1 à 6 détaillent le déroulement du processus. Le piston moulé à la forme de la capsule, glisse dans le tube supérieur qui le guide et retourne la capsule en la poussant par le fond. Sous la pression l'opercule cède laissant tomber le café. Le piston en retroussant la capsule en chasse le café. La capsule, à la fin du processus, a la même forme qu'au début, mais sa face extérieure se retrouve être la face intérieure et vice versa. L'opercule à moitié coupé reste attaché par l'autre moitié à l'extérieur de la capsule retournée. Les capsules ainsi 40 vidées de leurs contenus peuvent être empilées et conditionnées dans les emballages d'origine à raison de 120 capsules traitées par boite de 10 capsules neuves. Le volume est ainsi divisé par 12 au minimum et le poids par 20. Les capsules peuvent être stockées et transportées pour être ensuite recyclées.
