Abstract

The device has a truncated corrugated cardboard disk permitting passage of stems of cut flowers and fitted in a metallic support for permitting rapid and simultaneous formation of stable floral water pockets with a circular decoration. The disk has a thickness equal to 2 mm, and includes four diametrically opposite notches and a smooth double-face surface for supporting the circular decoration. The metallic support is constituted by a metal toroid having a diameter of 15 cm and a thickness of 1 mm.

Description

The present invention relates to a metal device for supporting a decoration in a circle around a bouquet of cut flowers and this by removing a step in the design of a bubble bouquet with decoration. The making of a bubble bouquet with circular decoration is traditionally made in two stages. First the design of the bouquet with its decor, secondly the realization of a water bubble around the stems of the bouquet. The device according to the invention saves a lot of time. It comprises two interlocking parts, one in the shape of a truncated cardboard disk (FIG 1), the other in metal (FIG 2) for supporting the cardboard disk.

These two parts once nested allow you to compose the bouquet directly in one step. The first element is a double-sided corrugated cardboard disk, thickness 2 mm, provided with four slots diametrically arranged (mention A on fig.l) around the circle, intended to receive a decoration that will embellish the bouquet.

The second element is a metal torus 15 cm in diameter, 1 mm thick (mention B on fig.2) on which are welded four vertical metal uprights 30 cm in height bent in the middle and provided with a specific bend at each end intended to fit into the carton and giving stability to the bouquet. The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: Figure 1 shows the openwork cardboard disc seen from above. Figure two shows the metal support of the cardboard seen in profile. For a better understanding of the drawing only two of the four metal uprights are represented in the profile view. Figure three shows the metal support seen from above.

Figure 4 shows the two parts of the invention nested one in the other viewed in profile. Figure five illustrates the procedure for making the bouquet. Figure six gives an example of decoration fixed on the cardboard disc for a better understanding of the whole device.

With reference to these drawings, the florist can directly integrate his flowers in the mounted support, crossing them at the level of the fold of the four metal uprights (mention C in FIG. The device according to the invention is intended for industrial production for mass application.

CLAIMS1) Device for producing bouquets with circular decorations characterized by a truncated corrugated cardboard disk (fig.1) for passing the stems of cut flowers, nestable in a metal support (fig.2 and fig.3), which allow once assembled to achieve quickly and in a single operation pockets of stable floral water with a circular decoration. 2) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the truncated corrugated cardboard disc, letting the stems of the cut flowers (fig.1), thickness 2mm, is provided with 4 diametrically opposed notches and a surface to double-sided smooth, supporting a decoration. 3) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the metal support (fig.2) consists of a metal torus 15cm in diameter, lmm thickness on which are welded 4 bent vertical metal uprights, in order to be able to tie the stems of the cut flowers with a specific fold at each end, intended to fit into the truncated cardboard disc, thus ensuring the stability of the bouquet.
