Abstract

Activé par un courant électrique, ce composant génère un échange thermique, d'une face à l'autre, selon le phénomène physique connu sous le nom d'effet Pelletier . La chaleur induite sur une de ses faces par transfert provoque un déficit de calories (d'où abaissement de température) sur l'autre de ses faces.
