Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif se fixant sur un bijou, comme une bague, une broche, un bracelet, un diadème, un pendentif...et lui permettre d'en changer l'aspect par la possibilité de retirer une pierre fixée par la technique du vissage, et une couronne d'ornement pour en modifier le design. La principale difficulté à la conception d'un tel système, a été d'élaborer une technique simple à mettre en oeuvre, réalisable et sécurisée. Le système ou support (1.1) est en forme de tube fermé à sa base. Le pourtour extérieur du support est fileté, ceci permet d'y visser une corolle ou couronne ornementale (1.4), l'intérieur du support est également fileté, et il permet d'y fixer par vissage une pierre (1.6) naturelle ou de synthèse possédant le même pas de vis, ces pierres et ces corolles sont spécifiquement conçues pour s'adapter à ce système. Au fond du support, à l'intérieur, il y a un dispositif de sécurité avec deux goupilles (1.7) sur ressort qui s'enchâssent sur l'encoche circulaire (1.8) située à la base du culot de la pierre, quand celle-ci est vissée à fond de butée dans le support. Le pourtour extérieur du support est fileté, ceci permet d'y visser une corolle ou couronne ornementale, l'intérieur du support est également fileté, et il permet d'y fixer par vissage une pierre naturelle ou de synthèse possédant le même pas de vis, une dizaine de modèles de pierres et de corolles sont en cours de dépôt, ces pierres et ces corolles sont spécifiquement conçues pour s'adapter à ce système. Au fond du support, à l'intérieur, il y a un dispositif de sécurité avec deux goupilles sur ressort qui s'enchâssent sur l'encoche circulaire située à la base du culot de la pierre, quand celle-ci est vissée à fond de butée dans le support. Les goupilles sont calées par un ressort, logées chacune dans un compartiment diamétralement opposé et réalisé dans l'épaisseur du support. Ce système doit préventivement empêcher le dévissage accidentel de la pierre. Hormis le principe de la vis, comme moyen de fixer de manière amovible les éléments ornementaux d'un bijou comme une pierre et ici une couronne, j'ai également envisagé pour la pierre un culot à baïonnette avec des gouttières qui descendent verticalement à l'intérieur du support comme pour le principe d'une ampoule à baïonnette, un ressort au fond du support et les gouttières qui partent ensuite en angle droit pour permettre la rotation de la pierre dans le support, avec un bref retour vers le haut des gouttières pour verrouiller le dispositif grâce au ressort. Quant à la couronne, je l'envisage dans ce cas de figure, juste posée sur le support par de simples glissières et des gouttières coté extérieur du support qui s'imbriqueraient et feraient coulisser la couronne dans le support. La seule difficulté technique ici est de réaliser une baïonnette sur le culot de la pierre, taillée dans la masse de la pierre celle-ci serait trop fragile, mais possiblement par un chat ou trou centré de part en part du culot où viendrait se loger une tige métallique (métal précieux ou non-précieux) ou baïonnette, collée ou vissée ou les deux (collée et vissée).
