Un anémomètre ou un compteur de vitesse (Il) situé sur le collecteur supérieur permet de commander le système de fermeture en forme automatique si nécessaire.- 1 WINDMILL WITH AIR COLLECTOR AND SAFETY ANTI-STRONG WINDS E-sc T / o, y This wind turbine is characterized by its devices giving it a very great resistance to strong55 and even, if necessary, cyclonic. It also includes a system increasing its power by increasing the flow of air. The construction is conventional with two supports (2) more or less separated by the resistance requirements due to the dimensions of the wind turbine. These supports support the main hollow shaft of the wind turbine (1). On this shaft (1), 40 is mechanized a portion (18), with a stop for mounting the rotating body of the wind turbine integral with (1) and schematically fixed by (19). The rotating body consists essentially of a fastener (19), a sheet metal cylinder (14) and two disks (3) constituting a rigid assembly containing the blades (4) and (7) fixed on these disks (3). ). It can be seen that the orientation of these blades can be shifted with respect to the center of rotation and their ideal angle of inclination as well as their sizes will be determined in the wind tunnel. These blades, made preferably of corrugated iron will be fixed by means of angles on (3). The reason for the inclination of these blades is to direct the flow of the wind in order to obtain the maximum yield. (Some arrows show the currents of the 2. Ci vent). The system imposes the presence of supports (5) and (6) for the whole of the box and also of two gyratory electricity collectors (8) symbolized by the supply of electric current by a coal (10) and circular rings ( 9). The low voltage electric current may be provided through a control box (15) in the lower portion and exit at the top of the hollow shaft for use. The quantity of cables depends on the needs of the system. An anemometer or a speedometer (II) located on the upper manifold allows to control the closure system in automatic form if necessary.
A rigid and solid mobile assembly composed of a main funnel (40), a secondary funnel (41), a balancing flap (32), a deflector flap (43), a rudder (33) ), an arcuate plate (42) and an arcuate plate (44) is kept rotating about the shaft (1) by tie rods or any other accessories attached to the supports (5) and (6) and firmly 3S held on the ground to prevent its tearing by at least one circular rail (21), (22). The funnel (40) is intended to increase the inflow of air through the surface of its inlet which is increased by its sides and its upper part with the edges inclined outwards and upwards. The lower part of this funnel fits lightly inside the paddle cylinder to reduce air loss. The rear part of the funnel whose dimensions are designed to feed the impeller extends to the impeller cylinder, the upper part being slightly engaged inside it, as the lower part. This implies that the vanes (41 should be slightly away from the edge so as not to touch the end of the funnel.) (See PL3, Fig. (4).) A secondary funnel (41) located on the side of (40) provides additional air directed laterally with respect to the flow of air supplied by (40) promoting the air inlet in the desired direction for the rotation of (1) .It may also have its inlet edges widened by inclined shapes such as (40) A deflector flap (43) is installed at the end of the wrapping sheet (42) to create a wind deflection, thus facilitating the evacuation of the outgoing air 6 'from the mill The sheet (42) slightly envelopes (3) to limit the air losses: (PL3 Fig. 5) A flap with variable area (32) due to its construction made of two sheets sliding one on the other counteracts the rotational effect of the funnel and the deflector flap (43). len we install (32) and fix it after finding a balance between the forces exerted by (40), (43) and (32). We then put the rudder. The protective plate (44) whose essential role is to serve as windshield, is away from the rotating cylinder to facilitate the evacuation of possible return air funnels. AS- A rudder (33) holds the assembly so that the wind penetrates perpendicular to the entry of the funnel. All this set is consolidated by all the necessary mechanical means to avoid any breakage. The positioning relative to the ground is obtained by supports (26) e U symbolically represented by Q-I, firmly fixed at all necessary places and secured wheels (25) which move inside of profiles (21) and (22) curved recumbent U-shaped and concentrically disposed to (1) securely anchored to the slab (16). If the slab allows it, the bolts will go through the slab instead of being sealed. It should be remembered that each of these CS bolts can withstand several tons of traction if necessary. In FIG. 3 PL3 is schematized as an example the attachment of the rudder (33) to the assembly by means of tie-rods (45), themselves integral with (6) or (5), of amounts (47) on which supports (26) are fixed, hence wheels (25) circulating in (21) and (22).
Another feature of this system is to have at the rear of the funnel an opening indicated by x for the passage of a closure assembly of the air inlet. This assembly is composed of a cylindrical bar (27), and at least two bars that can be cylindrical or square (28) to (31). These bars are integral with a support (34), itself secured to the movable assembly. This closure assembly serves as a guide to a curtain composed of a sheet (50) guided and supported by rings (60), (61) and pads (51), (52). In fig. 2 of the PL3 supports (60) and (61) guide the vertical movement of the curtain (50) by cylindrical rings sliding on (27). On these 4a supports are fixed stops (62) which serve as end of the curtain stroke by contacting the switch: switch (63). This switch acts on the motor (35) to limit the curtain stroke. In FIG. 1 of the PL3 the openings of the supports (51) and (52) of the curtain (50) may have a rectangular shape, having utility only in the direction perpendicular thereto, and the friction 4, Lateral may hinder the movement of the whole. For this reason the bars (28) and (29) can be square. Similarly for the bars (30) and (31) which serve only to maintain the curtain to prevent twisting thereof. On the bars (28) and (29), the supports (52) are secured to the toothed belt (54) by -3 the fasteners (53). A motor (35) drives, by a speed reduction system, a pulley (55) integral with a shaft (57) which rotates the toothed pulleys (56) which drive the toothed belts (54) and the pulleys (65). . The motor (35) is supplied with electric current by the wires coming from the collectors (8). It operates the descent or the rise of the curtain (50) and is controlled by a manual switch (15) for stopping the wind turbine. Its descent or partial climb (dependent on the speed of rotation of (1) or the wind speed), or automatic total is regulated by the anemometer (11) or any other device A () appropriate.
