Abstract
Un système de frein d'un véhicule comprend une pluralité d'actionneurs de frein électromécaniques (EBA) à proximité des roues du véhicule. Chaque EBA comprend un dispositif de puissance pour effectuer un freinage d'une roue associée, et des circuits électroniques pour générer un signal d'actionnement pour le dispositif de puissance. Le système de frein peut comprendre en outre au moins une unité de commande de frein (BCU) pour convertir un signal de commande de frein en un signal de commande pour chaque EBA. Les circuits électroniques pour chaque EBA peuvent être configurés pour convertir le signal de commande correspondant en le signal d'actionnement qui est appliqué au dispositif de puissance pour provoquer un mouvement du dispositif de puissance et effectuer un freinage du véhicule.
