Abstract

Cet anémomètre à ultrasons est du type comprenant un corps supérieur (2) et un corps inférieur (3), tous deux de forme générale cylindrique et centrés sur le même axe vertical (X), la face inférieure (2') du corps supérieur (2) étant espacée de la face supérieure (3') du corps inférieur (3) par des moyens de liaison (4), pour définir entre eux un espace de mesure (E). Le corps supérieur (2) intègre quatre transducteurs électro-acoustiques (5), régulièrement répartis dans un même plan horizontal (P), sur un cercle centré sur ledit axe vertical (X), dont la face émettrice/réceptrice (5') est orientée en direction de la face supérieure (3') dudit corps inférieur (3), faisant office de réflecteur d'ondes ; d'autre part, les transducteurs (5) communiquent entre eux par paires et ils sont associés à des moyens électroniques/informatiques (6) pour mesurer la circulation du flux d'air passant dans ledit espace de mesure (E).Conformément à l'invention, lesdits moyens de liaison entre les corps supérieur (2) et inférieur (3) consistent en une unique colonne cylindrique (4) centrée sur l'axe vertical (X), et chaque transducteur (5) est agencé et configuré pour communiquer latéralement avec les deux transducteurs (5) contigus qui l'encadrent.De préférence, le réflecteur d'ondes (3') a une forme conique « convexe », dont la pointe orientée vers le haut est centrée sur l'axe vertical (X).
