Dispositif moteur comportant un moteur (1) avec un carter (2) et un arbre monté tournant dans des paliers partés par ce carter, l'extrémité de sortie de puissance de l'arbre étant accouplée, extérieurement au carter (2) à un embrayage centrifuge à masselottes (6), caractérisé en ce que le carter (2) du moteur présente une portée cylindrique (16) de centrage pour un palier (8,10) indépendant, coaxial à l'arbre moteur, formant le support à rotation d'une poulie (7) coopérant avec les masselottes de l'embrayage centrifuge (6)
