Abstract

The method involves carrying out a sampling on a surface with a white paper or cloth. A state of the dirty surface is compared with gray shades of a support e.g. laminated support, so as to determine a cleanliness level of the sampled surface, where the gray shades are rated from 0 to 9 and are standardized. An independent claim is also included for a device for evaluating a cleanliness level of a surface.
