L'invention concerne un procédé de réalisation en continu d'un décor superficiel, tel qu'un veinage imitant l'aspect du bois, sur un profilé métallique préalablement recouvert d'un revêtement thermolaqué.Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une étape de réalisation du décor par impression par jet d'encre dudit décor, à la surface du revêtement thermolaqué, au moyen de buses disposées à proximité d'au moins une face du profilé, suivie de l'application d'une couche de vernis protecteur.L'encre et le vernis peuvent être réticulables sous un même rayonnement U.V.
