Abstract

The device has a halter circling a snout of an animal such as dog. Two ends of a collar i.e. nylon cord (7), are fixed to the halter. Trajectory of the collar is defined by flexible plastic tubes (6) from the chest of the animal and is defined between front legs of the animal extending from a part of the belly before remounting on sides of flank of the animal until height of the animal back. A free end of the collar above the animal back is held by a master of the animal. The plastic tubes are supported by a lighten harness that is constituted of fasten belts (d, e, f) on the animal back.

Description

The existing leashes are mainly attached to different necklaces that range from simple leather necklace, braided leather, chain, choke chain, choke chain etc. etc whose objective is certainly to control the dog, but these systems do not provide good results, and yet a serious concern exists in this field in view of the many international patents filed in this field. After consulting the site of patents I noted 3 halters whose achievements are close to the proposed innovative model, it is: ^ 13th of the list whose inventor is GLANZ Christine (DE) n W 02004054355. ^ of the 48th of the list whose inventor is FIELDS Babineau Miriam n US 2002073936. ^ from the 137th of the list whose inventor is ANDERSCON Robert n US 4941313. I also noted a harness approaching the innovative model, it is the 60 th of the list whose inventor is DUNN Stella Jane GB 2355909. The device according to the invention presented allows absolute control of all dogs because the system uses the power of the dog against itself, with the greatest respect for the animal, without causing him pain or injury. As a result, the balance of power between the master and the dog is transformed into a psychological relationship with surprising results.

The claimed device is a leash (nylon) whose two ends are connected by means of encircling the muzzle (bottom of the halter), the center of this leash forms a loop on the back of the dog, which will serve as a for the master. The major advantage of the device according to the invention is the guided and obliged path of the leash. In addition, a traditional leash can hook onto the ring 8) of the halter, in this case the innovative device would be used during the delicate behavior of the animal. The device uses a halter (diagram attached at the end of the file) which has a ring around the snout, topped with two straps 1) looped behind the ears, and another thong b) buckled behind the chin. (The loops make it possible to adjust the halter to the different shapes of heads). In addition the device uses a lightened harness, since its function is limited to receiving the innovative device 6) and 7). The harness consists of three looped thongs on the back d) e) f) surrounding the body. The strap d) is located around the neck close to the front legs, the e) and f) are located between the front and rear legs. These three straps d) e) f) are interconnected by a slat 5) (leather or synthetic) under the chest of the dog. (The loops make it possible to adjust the harness to the shapes of the dogs). The device of the invention lies in the use and positioning of two plastic tubes 6) in which a nylon cord (leash) moves. The two plastic tubes 6) are secured under the plate 5) by a sheath sewn to it and the strips e) and f). As a result, the two plastic tubes 6) pass under the dog's chest between the front legs, each rise on one side of the sides solicited to the strap e), then back on the sides of the back secured to the strap f) according to the schema seen in profile, and requires a specific course to the nylon rope.

The nylon string (leash) will pass through the two plastic tubes forming a large loop on the back (this loop will serve as a grip for the master) will join the means encircling the muzzle of the animal c) the halter on which she will be tied. The device according to the invention is intended to neutralize the power of the dog on a leash, to prevent the masters from being trained by their companions, to prevent the animal from rearing up and thus to eliminate all possibilities for the dog to bite. Explanation: since there will be traction on the loop of the nylon cord located on the back of the animal, this one by its trajectory will exert an action on the muzzle of the dog, forcing him to lower the head, then bend neck, which can force the dog to bring his muzzle to his shoulders. To develop its power an animal needs to extend the neck and raise the head. The device of the invention allows to act on the position of the head to the shoulders (function of the traction exerted on the leash) and thus neutralize the power and the possibility of the dog to bite.
