Abstract

The lever (10) has a control shaft (12), whose two ends (14, 20) are respectively arranged exterior and interior of a gearbox casing and coupled to two radial arms (16, 22). The arm (22) has an end (24) with a shift finger (26), which co-operates with an internal coupling device of an idle pinion of the gearbox. The shaft coupled to a mechanical oscillation device (28), having a coil spring (30) and an inertia mass (32), increases the speed of the finger during a free flight phase before intervening with the idle pinion coupling, and attenuating vibrations from the idle pinion coupling.
