Abstract

The assembly has non-encrusted hollow threaded upper spacers (15) and lower nut rings (22) freely mounted on two printed circuit boards (10, 11) with hollow spacers (24) and special nut locking two cover caps (8, 9), which permit screwing of electronic modules (5) connected to each other by a screw (28). The screw traverses the hollow spacers and the nut rings. The upper spacers have spigots (14G1, 15G1) and lateral holes (16X1) mounted on an upper side of the boards.

Les entretoises assemblées, montées prisonnières flottantes (14) avec du jeu (14M1-14N1) permettent aussi de positionner les capots couvercles (7-8-9) de chaque cotés recto verso des faces extérieures du circuit imprimé équipé (10-11). Ces capots couvercles sont fixés par des entretoises creuses (24), impérativement serrées par filetage, à l'aide des encoches de serrage (25 Y1) et maintenues du côté verso par un écrou spécifique (26) possédant des encoches de serrage (27Y1). L'ensemble ci-dessus forme un module mécanique (5) empilable (1) comportant de l'électronique; relié par des vis (28) traversant les entretoises creuses serrées (24) par filetage, la longueur des vis (28) dépend du nombre de modules à empiler (2-5) sur le châssis adéquat du matériel (30). Les entretoises filetées, taraudées (15), avec des trous latéraux (16X1) de serrage et des ergots (14G1) (15G1) affleurés (14T1) , sur lesquelles se vissent des bagues écrous inférieures côté verso (22) avec des trous latéraux (23X1) de serrage ; le filetage des entretoises creuses (24) côté verso ne doit pas être en proéminence (15W1) une fois positionné. L'ensemble est monté obligatoirement prisonnier flottant (14), avec du jeu (14M1-14N1), sans être incrusté dans le circuit imprimé équipé (10-11) et peut être démontable par destruction des quatre ergots cambrés à 45 (14G1), serties, ce qui est important.
