Abstract
L'échographie suppose classiquement l'utilisation du gel comme système de couplage. Notre système permet l'abandon du gel classique ainsi qu'un gain de temps.Le dispositif comporte un produit fluide qui est versé sur une compresse non-tissée, laquelle est préalablement appliquée sur la région à échographier, laissant un film ayant la propriété de permettre la transmission des ultrasons. Ce film disparaît spontanément en quelques minutes, sans nettoyage nécessaire.L'utilisation principale de l'invention recouvre l'échographie médicale pour tout utilisateur souhaitant ne plus utiliser le gel classique.

DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un nouveau produit de couplage d'échographie. Le champ d'application est celui de l'échographie médicale et intéressera les utilisateurs désirant ne plus utiliser le gel classique.
Dans l'état actuel, l'obtention d'une image échographique nécessite l'utilisation d'un agent de couplage, représenté par un gel hydrique. Le contact avec ce produit est ressenti comme désagréable par une majorité de patients et d'utilisateurs. Par ailleurs, ce produit est difficilement éliminé en fin d'examen.
L'invention consiste en un produit de contact fluide permettant de créer un couplage entre la sonde d'un appareil d'échographie et la surface cutanée du patient, ayant la particularité de s'évaporer spontanément, et caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un mélange de : - Physalis alkekengi 500-1500 microgrammes - Oxyde de cuivre noir (CuO) 1-4 microgrammes - Ethanol 500-1500 milligrammes - Eau QSP 1C)00 millilitres Le produit peut de plus contenir les constituants suivants : - Bleu patenté VE 131 0,5-4 microgrammes - Noir brillant BN E 151 0,5-4 microgrammes - Sorbate de potassium E 202 0,5-4 microgrammes - Eau QSP? 1000 millilitres
ou éventuellement : - Tartrazine E 102 0,5-4 microgrammes - Rouge cochenille E 124 0,5-4 microgrammes - Sorbate de potassium E 202 0,5-4 microgrammes - Eau QSP 1000 millilitres 1 35 40 2 2901140 La composition de l'invention peut plus particulièrement consister en la composition suivante : - Physalis aikekengi 860 microgrammes - Oxyde de cuivre noir (Cu0) 2 microgrammes 5 - Ethanol 680 milligrammes - Bleu patenté VE 131 1 microgramme - Noir brillant BN E 151 1 microgramme - Sorbate de potassium E 202 1 microgramme - Eau QSP 1000 millilitres 10 L'invention consiste de plus en l'utilisation de cette composition par application sur une compresse non tissée, laquelle est appliquée sur la région du corps à échographier, laissant un film permettant une transmission 15 efficace des ultrasons pendant un temps suffisant à l'élaboration d'un diagnostic (3 minutes). Ce film disparaît alors et ne nécessite aucun essuyage. La compresse peut être au besoin appliquée de nouveau sur la peau.

L'avantage de ce système est double. (1) Il est principalement représenté par l'agrément d'utilisation pour le patient et le médecin. (2) En contexte d'urgence, où il 2:5 est nécessaire d'explorer des régions du corps éloignées, l'utilisation de la compresse imbibée de notre produit est plus rapide que le systême classique, qui nécessite de reprendre le flacon classique de gel pour chaque nouvelle zone d'exploration. Ce point représente un gain de temps 30 crucial dans l'urgence. Accessoirement, le flacon passé sous un flux d'eau chaude se réchauffe rapidement, ce qui améliore encore le confort du patient. 3
Claims (4)
1) Produit de contact fluide permettant de créer un couplage entre la sonde d'un appareil d'échographie et la surface cutanée du patient, et ayant la particularité de s'évaporer spontanément, et caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un mélange de : - Physalis alkekengi 500-1500 microgrammes - Oxyde de cuivre noir (CuO) 1-4 microgrammes - Ethanol 500-1500 milligrammes - Eau QSP 1000 millilitres
2) Produit selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il contient de plus : - Bleu patenté VE 131 0,5-4 microgrammes - Noir brillant BN E 151 0,5-4 microgrammes - Sorbate de potassium E 202 0,5-4 microgrammes - Eau QSP 1000 millilitres ou éventuellement : - Tartrazine E 102 0,5-4 microgrammes - Rouge cochenille E 124 0,5-4 microgrammes - Sorbate de potassium E 202 0,5-4 microgrammes - Eau QSP 1000 millilitres 25
3) Produit selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué de : - Physalis alkekengi 860 microgrammes - Oxyde de cuivre noir (CuO) 2 microgrammes - Ethanol 680 milligrammes 30 - Bleu patenté VE 131 1 microgramme - Noir brillant BN E 151 1 microgramme - Sorbate de potassium E 202 1 microgramme - Eau QSP 1000 millilitres 35
4) Utilisation du produit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 pour préparer une composition destinée à être appliquée par l'intermédiaire d'une compresse non tissée sur la région du corps à analyser, laissant un film permettant une transmission efficace des ultrasons 40 pendant un temps suffisant (3 minutes). 20
