Abstract

The device is constituted of a wedge inserted in an open-end box and formed of a cut plate (2). The plate is formed by parts (4a, 4b) with identical width separated by slots (6) provided alternatively on front and rear sides of the plate for permitting folding of the plate in an accordion shape. The parts (4b) of the plate have rectangular cuts (4b1, 4b2) on lower sides. Lateral sides of the cuts have lugs (4c1, 4c2) provided except on one of the cuts (4b1).

L'invention propose un perfectionnement à ce dispositif, au moyen d'un calage en carton ondulé, présentant une résistance accrue et un meilleur maintien, répondant à des exigences plus strictes demandées dans le domaine automobile. A cet effet, la présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de calage en carton, destiné notamment aux pièces de tôlerie, constitué d'une cale s'insérant dans un fourreau et étant formée d'une planche découpée, ladite planche étant constituée de plusieurs parties de largeur identique séparées entre elles par des fentes alternées sur la face arrière et sur la face avant de ladite plaque, pour permettre son pliage en accordéon, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parties de la plaque présentent une découpe rectangulaire sur leur face inférieure, sauf la première partie, chacune des faces latérales des découpes étant munie en outre d'un ergot sauf sur l'une des découpes.  intended in particular for the sheet metal industry.
