Abstract

A glenoidal prosthetic implant for the shoulder joint comprises a hemispherical convex joint head (1) cooperating with a support and sliding surface that has a humeral implant fixed in the humeral diaphysis. The head has some fixing arrangements with an independent support element (4) able to be fixed at the level of the anatomical socket.
