Abstract

The method involves using an ultrasound nebulizer e.g. oscillating chip, for diffusing a sterilization agent into a sterilizable unit to be decontaminated, and an automaton for controlling a mobile unit for transporting the sterilization agent towards the unit. A sterilization agent tank is disposed for supplying the nebulizer. The sterilization agent is sterilized either in vapor in case of an opened enclosure, or in partial or complete recycling of vapor for a premise or an enclosure. A ventilation system is disposed for propelling the agent in the form of aerosol.
