Abstract

The device has an air-to-air monobloc thermodynamic unit (1) connected to a duct system comprising blowing ducts (11A-11C) for distributing hot and cold air. The system, disposed in an attic space of a habitat, is connected to blowing orifices (9A-9C) and a plenum of the thermodynamic unit. The condensation air in an air conditioning mode or an evaporation air in a heating mode is rejected directly in the space. The plenum is divided into two compartments for receiving an exhaust duct (12) and a supply duct. The unit is operated after being connected to a thermostat and a plug-in connector.
