REVENDICATIONS 1. Système de manipulation d'un appel dans lequel est impliqué un terminal téléphonique (2) connecté à un serveur de téléphonie (1), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un terminal de commande (5) comprenant: - des moyens (51) de réception de l'état courant de l'appel, - une interface graphique (52), permettant à un utilisateur de visualiser ledit état courant de l'appel et au moins une fonction de manipulation de l'appel, - des moyens (53) de contrôle de l'interface graphique, permettant à un utilisateur d'activer ladite au moins une fonction de manipulation dudit appel, - des moyens (54) de génération d'une demande d'action sur l'appel, spécifique à une fonction de manipulation de l'appel activée par l'utilisateur grâce aux moyens de contrôle de l'interface graphique du terminal de commande, et - des moyens (55) de transmission de ladite demande d'action, et en ce que le système comprend: des moyens de réception de ladite demande d'action, et des moyens de réalisation de l'action demandée.  1.
