  On the occasion of a collective sport meeting taking place on outdoor ground, the public and the players never have a very precise knowledge of the playing time.

  Indeed, in the best case, the best-equipped courts have a clock to assess the playing time regulation. However, at the end of it, the referee becomes the only person informed of additional minutes and seconds of play (additional time). This leads the public and players on the ground to doubt, disorganize and express their dissatisfaction with the final course of the match and the choices of the referee.

  In other cases, especially for lower-level games (additional and multi-purpose pitches, etc.), the public and the players are not even aware of the actual playing time.

  This problem has been partly solved with meetings taking place in a covered room with a solid floor through an electrical wiring system linking the brand table to a timekeeping display for the general public.

The display means are such that they allow legibility by spectators located up to 50 meters from the display means.

  The system according to the invention thus makes it possible to ensure that the timing displayed by the display means stops as soon as there is a stoppage of play in the field. The sporting match ends when the display means display the end of regulation time, for example 90 minutes in the case of a football match.
