Abstract

The device has a closed loop control system (1) connected to a temperature display (2) that is connected to temperature sensors (3) distributed in a jacket. A solenoid valve (4) is provided between the system and an air chamber (5) that is supplied using a hand pump (6). The valve is conditioned by a combined signal of the sensors. The air chamber permits the admission of air in the jacket.
