Abstract

The panel (10) has an electric conduction unit (12) connected to an electric circuit (14). The conduction unit has a band (16) made of conducting material, placed on a surface (18) of the panel by projecting a fusion material in the form of thin droplets on the panel. The band forms antenna e.g. TV antenna or mobile telephony antenna, command receiver units or capacitive sensors units.

The invention relates to a plastic panel of a vehicle

automobile.

  A motor vehicle often comprises various electronic equipment, generally equipped with electrical circuits connected to electrical conduction means, forming for example an antenna or means of connection to a power supply.

  Already known in the state of the art, a plastic panel of a motor vehicle, of the type comprising electrical conduction means for being electrically connected to an electrical circuit.

  In general, the electrical conduction means comprise electrical cables fixed to the panel using a generally long or complex process, for example by screwing means for attaching the electric cables or by overmolding the panel on the electric cables. .

  The invention particularly aims to integrate, in a simple, fast and economical way, electrical conduction means in a plastic panel.

  For this purpose, the invention relates to a plastic panel of a motor vehicle of the aforementioned type, characterized in that the electrical conduction means comprise at least one strip of conductive material deposited on a surface of the panel by thermal spraying .

  Thermal spraying involves spraying a molten material, in the form of fine droplets, onto the panel.

  The bands of conductive material are therefore simple to arrange on the plastic panel. Indeed, it is sufficient to have on the panel, a screen with openings corresponding to the strips, and to project the material through these openings.

  A plastic panel according to the invention may further comprise one or more of the following features: the panel is intended to be used as a body part of a motor vehicle; the panel is intended to be used as an interior panel of a motor vehicle; the conductive material is a metallic material; the electrical conduction means form an antenna; the antenna is chosen from a TV antenna, a radio antenna, a mobile telephone antenna for example according to the GSM standard, a remote control receiver element or a capacitive sensor element. ; the surface on which the tape is placed is an internal surface relative to the motor vehicle.

  The invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows, given solely by way of example, and with reference to the single figure, which is a perspective view of a plastic panel according to the possible embodiment of the invention.

  In the example shown in the figure, the plastic panel 10 is a motor vehicle body part, for example a motor vehicle rear door.

  Note that a plastic panel according to the invention can have various functions and form for example an inner panel of a motor vehicle or a roof panel of a motor vehicle.

  The panel 10 comprises electrical conduction means 12 intended to be electrically connected to an electric circuit 14.

  The electrical conduction means 12 comprise strips 16 of conductive material deposited on a surface 18 of the panel by thermal spraying. Generally, the surface 18 on which the strips 16 are deposited is an internal surface relative to the motor vehicle.

  Preferably, the conductive material forming the strips 16 is a metallic material.

  Note that the electrical conduction means 12 can be used for various electronic equipment arranged in the motor vehicle. In general, the strips 16 form antennas, for example TV antennas, radio antennas, mobile telephone antennas, for example according to the GSM standard, remote control receiver elements or capacitive sensor elements.

A plastic panel (10) of a motor vehicle, of the type comprising means (12) of electrical conduction intended to be electrically connected to an electric circuit (14), characterized in that the means (12) of conduction electric comprises at least one strip (16) of conductive material deposited on a surface (18) of the panel (10) by thermal spraying.   2. Plastic panel (10) according to claim 1, intended to be used as a bodywork part of a motor vehicle.   3. Plastic panel (10) according to claim 2, for use as an interior panel of a motor vehicle.   Plastic panel (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the conductive material is a metallic material.   5. Plastic panel (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the means (12) of electrical conduction form an antenna.   6. The plastic panel (10) according to claim 5, wherein the antenna is selected from a TV antenna, a radio antenna, a mobile telephone antenna, for example according to the GSM standard, a remote control receiver element. or a capacitive sensor element.   7. Plastic panel (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the surface (18) on which the strip (16) is deposited is an inner surface relative to the motor vehicle.
