Abstract

Procédé pour contrôler le démarrage d'un moteur à combustion interne, dans lequel procédé :- on utilise un capteur (2) de type incrémental détectant la rotation du vilebrequin et transmettant un signal binaire (6) correspondant aux incréments de rotation détectés,- on mesure la durée des incréments de rotation,- pour chaque incrément de rotation on calcule une fenêtre d'acceptance, on compare la durée de l'incrément de rotation suivant à la fenêtre d'acceptance, et on détermine que :• la rotation n'a pas changé de sens, si l'incrément de rotation suivant s'achève dans la fenêtre d'acceptance,• la rotation s'est inversée, si à la fin de la fenêtre d'acceptance l'incrément de rotation suivant n'est pas achevé.Method for controlling the starting of an internal combustion engine, in which method: - an incremental type sensor (2) is used which detects the rotation of the crankshaft and transmits a binary signal (6) corresponding to the rotational increments detected, - measuring the duration of the increments of rotation, - for each increment of rotation, an acceptance window is calculated, the duration of the next increment of rotation is compared with the acceptance window, and it is determined that: • the rotation n ' has not changed direction, if the next increment of rotation ends in the acceptance window, • the rotation is reversed, if at the end of the acceptance window the next increment of rotation is not completed.
