Description
Principe de fonctionnement Figure:
1 arrivée des profilés en provenance d'une machine outil industriel, sur une surface de défilement quelconque, et arrêtés sur une butée escamotable ou par arrêt machine (selon le bon vouloir du projeteur qui mettra en oeuvre la machine).
Figure :2 1 départ du mouvement (MA) la partie (SI) commence à soulever le profilé (P2) 2 la partie (S2) maintient le profilé (P1) sur sa position initiale.
Figure :3 1 continuités du mouvement (MA) la partie (S4) continue de relever le profilé (P2) 2 la partie (S3) commence à relever le profilé (P1).
NB: On remarque, que le profilé (P1) se positionnent systématiquement audessus du profilé (P2) ce qui est nécessaire dans l'industrie de la fabrication de profilés, une imbrication inverse à celle-ci aurait pour effet de bloquer les profilés entre eux et rendraient leur utilisation quasi impossible.
Figure :4 1 continuité du mouvement (MA) les parties (S4&S5) continuent d'amener les profilés (P1) et (P2) l'un vers l'autre. Figure :5 1 continuité du mouvement (MA) les*parties (S6) achèvent l'imbrication correcte des profilés. Figure :6 1 action du mouvement (MB) libérant et de proflés (P1) les (P2).
NB : le temps d'action des mouvements (MA) et (MB) se fait en environs : 0,9 secondes à maximum 1,5 secondes.
Capacité d'adaptation à tout type de profilés 1 la distance (C1) ainsi que la distance (C2) peuvent être modifiées selon la largeur et la hauteur des profilés à imbriquer.
Ceci constitue tous les jeux de matrices permettant l'imbrication de n'importe quel type de profilés métalliques. (II s'agit de profilés galvanisés prévus pour l'usage du bâtiment).
2 il en découle systématiquement que la modification des distances (CI) et (C2)adaptent systématiquement toutes Îes parties (S) pour le profilé voulu.Principle of operation Figure:

Adaptability to all types of profiles 1 the distance (C1) as well as the distance (C2) can be modified according to the width and height of the profiles to be embedded.
This is all the sets of dies allowing the nesting of any type of metal profiles. (These are galvanized profiles intended for the use of the building).
2 it follows systematically that the change in distances (CI) and (C2) systematically adapt all parts (S) for the desired profile.
