Abstract

The device has a digital keyboard (2) including recording keys and instantaneous composition of telephone access numbers and secret codes. The keyboard translates the telephone numbers in the form of dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) through a speaker, and displays the numbers on a LCD screen. The telephone numbers are stored in a storage apparatus (7).

Description

The present invention is an apparatus for memorizing and reproducing

  series of numbers, for example telephone numbers or access codes in the form of DTMF frequencies (so-called voice frequencies) via a loudspeaker.

  Traditionally, the user of prepaid telecommunications services or telephone and telematics services is forced to type on his phone several sequences of numbers that will give him access to his telecommunication: - An access telephone number to the platform of the telephone operator or the server. (4 or 10 digits) - A secret code (minimum 12 digits) - The number of its correspondent (from 10 to 20 digits depending on the requested destination) These tedious but necessary manipulations lead to two consequences if they are poorly performed: - Expenditure of unnecessary telecommunications for the user, whether he uses a prepaid card 15 or on his phone bill.

  - A shortfall for the operator who in the context of its collection (in the context of pre-paid telecommunications, the collection is defined by the appael passed to a server before its return to a recipient) proposes a number of free green access for the user but not for the service provider) on which he records a high pollution rate and does not resell communication.

  The principle of this device lies in the registration of the secret code and access numbers to the platform of the operator using a keypad, this code will then be reproduced as voice frequencies by pressing a simple button. By thus placing the loudspeaker of the device against its telephone handset, the user can perform his sequences of numbers and codes without making any more mistakes.

  The device is as follows (see also drawing in appendix 1): Calculator format - LCD screen which allows the visualization of the registered numbers (1) - A keypad from 0 to 9 (2) - 3 buttons for the recording and dialing of the 3 access numbers (3) 1 button for the registration and reproduction of the secret code (4) - One memory key M (5) One delete key C (6) - One key * (star) and a # key (9) - A DIAL key for dialing user-dialed numbers (10) - A loudspeaker on the back of the device (7) - A slider with reader Smart card (8) - The device integrates a DTMF frequency converter During the first manipulation, the user will have to program his device in three very simple phases: I- Access numbers: The user has the possibility to memorize up to three access numbers according to the following mode: - Taper the desired number, - Press the selection button for access numbers 1, 2 or 3. - Press the memory button M After the operation, the display will show: ACCESS OK II- The secret code: - Enter the code minimum 12-digit secret Press the code key - Press the M key After the operation, the display will show: CODE OK III- Correspondent numbers: The device has the capacity to store 10 telephone numbers (up to 20 numbers for international numbers): Enter the desired number - Press the M key - Press and hold for 2 seconds the number indicating the position of the stored number.

  After the manipulation, the display will show: DIAL OK

claims   1) Device for reproducing audibly through a loudspeaker series of figures translated as DTMF frequencies, entered and stored in the device by a keyboard and viewed using an LCD screen.   2) Device according to claims 1 characterized in that the keyboard comprises 5 keys for recording and instant dialing access telephone numbers and secret codes.   3) The characteristic use of the device in that the loudspeaker, according to claim 1, plated on the microphone of any landline or payphone, combined with the activation of the telephone number composition keys and secret codes according to claim 2, thus avoiding the user of the device manual manual dialing of access numbers and secret codes.   4) Device according to which the housing of the device has a slide card size credit card (54 by 86mm) on the back, comprising a smart card reader. This card, preprogrammed with access numbers and a secret code will automatically configure the device (essential configuration according to claim 1), thus making it customizable to each market player (telephone operators and telematic service companies).
