  The system presented, was designed to eliminate the most part of the forest fires. With a certain spirit of foresight, I attributed 80% of these fire starts to vehicles with internal combustion engine. On the one hand sparks and the heat of the exhaust gases, and on the other hand, the warmth of the outer sheet of tubes and silencer, on contact with very dry grass, along the roads and paths; especially when the vehicles stop there sometimes.

  Most of these fires start with an insidious and slow combustion, and can be declared for several hours, after the passage of the vehicle.This, in hot weather, when the heat on the ground, can exceed 50.

  So, after research and experiments, I have developed a system of almost total insulation, on the one hand, of exhaust fumes, and on the other hand, red hot-rolled plates, tubes and mufflers. Insulation in relation to soil, dry grass and other.

  This system consists, for part n 1, of the exhaust gas, a spark extinction box, placed on the t0 extension of the tube exiting the muffler. This box, has an approximate dimension, for a car normal diameter of 25 cm in length (see sketch).

  The box is itself provided with an insulation which coats it on the sides and below. It is also provided with an opening on one of its sides. This expansion box, is fixed on the one hand, on the exhaust tube, by means of two flanges, and two bolts.
