Abstract

The procedure involves controlling wheel torque by producing a mechanical control signal representing estimated mechanical characteristics. Torques in two electric machines are calculated based on the mechanical control signal. An energy control signal to control energy level is produced using a measure of load level of an electric energy buffer unit, and speeds and torques supplied by the machines. An Independent claim is also included for a device for controlling actuators of a drive train.
