Abstract

Ce système de simulation de l'évolution d'organismes vivants complexes à partir de la simulation de mécanismes biologiques prédéterminés de ces organismes comporte les éléments suivants :- des moyens (30) de modélisation de la structure d'un organisme vivant complexe à l'aide d'un graphe multi-niveaux ;- des moyens (31) de modélisation d'au moins une fonction physiologique par un ensemble de triplets constitués chacun de deux noeuds et d'un lien orienté entre ces deux noeuds, le lien orienté étant associé à une fonction mathématique définissant une interaction fonctionnelle entre les deux noeuds considérés ;- des moyens (40) de saisie de variables d'entrée d'au moins une partie des fonctions mathématiques et d'insertion de ces variables en tant que valeurs de paramètres d'au moins un noeud du graphe multi-niveaux ;- des moyens (40) de propagation de la mise à jour des paramètres des noeuds du graphe multi-niveaux par l'application des fonctions mathématiques reliant ces noeuds entre eux.
