Abstract

The bundling machine is constituted from a support console, a rotating reel (7) on which is an adhesive ribbon roll. A stop is positioned in the reel hub and a brake motor (8) controls rotation of the reel. There is a removable centering piece specific to the shape of the objects to be bundled provided with clamping jaws. There is a carriage for placing the objects on the adhesive ribbon in order to initiate the sticking. A lever (3) holds the ribbon against the object during rotation of the reel. There is a slide (21) driven by an actuator (23) for withdrawing the objects and a blade (38) for cutting the adhesive ribbon.

Description

The present invention relates to an arrangement for bundling using a

adhesive for long objects such as

cutlery, cleats etc ...

  The booting is currently done by hand which causes a great loss of time. The device according to the invention makes it possible to avoid this loss of time and to relieve the operator. It indeed comprises a positioner which gathers and maintains the objects to be bundled, a device which plates the strand of adhesive on the object, a motorized reel, a blade for cutting the adhesive tape, a stop for stopping the objects a device to position the reel always in the same orientation, a control machine. So when the operator inserts the group of objects to be bottled in contact with the stopper, he (she) presses a button and the group of objects is automatically bottled,

  The machine consists of: - a console supporting the assembly - a rotary reel on which the adhesive roll is located

  The rotation drives the roll of tape which

boots the object group.

  The number of turns of the reel is programmable according to the needs of the user.

  At the end of the desired number of turns, the cleat 33 secured to the reel actuates the detector 35 secured to the frame which immediately controls the brake of the motor and -3

stops the dispenser in position.

  Then the slide 21 moved by an actuator 23 lowers the group of objects to release the cutting blade 38

and stretch the ribbon.

  Then the actuator 44 which is fixed on the frame pushes the blade guide 39 which transports the cutting blade which

  shears the ribbon at the top of the group of objects.

  The actuator 44 returns to position. Blade 38

  recalled by a spring also returns to the rear 10 position.

  The roll side adhesive tape remains pressed on the

  shoe of the lever by electrostatism.

Claims (4)

  1 - Machine for bunching objects characterized in that it consists of a support console, a rotary reel on which there is a roll of adhesive tape, a stop positioned in the hub of the reel, a 5 brake motor for controlling the reel rotation, a removable centering device specific to the shape of the objects to be bundled with a clamping jaw, a carriage for plating objects on the adhesive tape to initiate bonding, means for guiding the adhesive tape and for placing said tape on the objects to be bundled, with a withdrawal slide   objects and means for cutting the adhesive tape.   2 - The machine according to claim 1 is   characterized in that the adhesive tape is pressed against the objects and held during the rotation of the reel by a lever (3) with pad, returned by a spring.   3 - The machine according to the preceding claims   is characterized in that the group of objects is retracted downwards to tension the ribbon and free up the trajectory of the blade.   4 - The machine according to the preceding claims is characterized in that the ribbon is cut automatically by a mechanism integral with the reel   rotary controlled by a fixed integral actuator built.   - The machine according to the preceding claims 25 is characterized in that the ribbon once cut remains in   contact with the anti-static polished steel shoe for initiate the next cycle.
