La présente proposition vise à produire de l'eau douce, à partir d'eau de mer, par le biais de la congélation. The purpose of this proposal is to produce fresh water from sea water by freezing.

Le réchauffement de la planète et les sécheresses en résultant, la pollution des nappes phréatiques par les effluent industriels ou les traitements agricoles font craindre des difficultés d'approvisionnement en eau saine. Le présent procédé a pour ambition de répondre à d'éventuelles pénuries en eau, grâce à des installations simples, permettant les phases opératoires suivantes : - Pompage et transport par canalisation
- Stockage en bacs, - Filtrage afin de réduire le taux de sel - Transport par canalisations dans une centrale de répartition, en différents récipients de taille moyenne, - Roulage de ces bacs dans des chambres de congélation L'action du froid, produit par congélation ou par utilisation d'azote liquide, permet le détachement des molécules d'eau douce et leur reconstitution sous forme blocs de glace.
