Abstract

The device can be moved with folded wheels (3) and short handle (22). When the handle (22) is extended the wheels (3) unfold automatically and lift the container (1) into a raised position.

 The present invention relates to a unit formed by a golf cart and a golf bag, comprising a golf bag, a golf cart structure and two wheels. This unit can be pulled by rolling it, both in the folded and deployed states, it is simple to operate and is easy to carry, it is suitable for structures, such as the combination of a golf cart with a golf bag or the like.

 As the game of golf is being played more and more, users and manufacturers have thought of modes of combining a golf cart with a golf bag, and various combinations of golf carts with golf bags have have been developed in a corresponding way.

 A golf cart is a specific device for carrying a golf bag, for hitting golf balls during a golf course, generally golf carts are used so that players do not have to carry the golf bags. golf on the back and, to lighten the loads carried by the players, the golf bags are placed on the golf carts so that the players can pull the carts while walking.  Another object of the present invention is the production of a unit formed by a golf cart and a golf bag, in which in particular the diameters of the wheels of a golf cart are greater than the heights of the spaces, respectively, at the two sides at the bottom of the golf cart, and the whole structure can be pulled by rolling it on the wheels both in the folded and deployed states, and its use is therefore more convenient.

 This object is achieved in accordance with the invention by a unit of the type indicated at the beginning, where said golf bag has an internal case and is fixedly provided on said internal case with a frame, said internal case has a bottom portion, said bottom portion has two receiving spaces on its two lateral sides, and said internal housing has a groove at the bottom, where said golf cart structure is foldable and unfoldable and has a central receiving seat for supporting uprights for said wheels and a hand pull bar which can be stretched and contracted, said central reception seat is embedded and combined in the groove of the internal housing, the hand pull bar which can be stretched and contracted is provided axially in the central reception seat and, in the inner case of the golf bag, the central reception seat has upper and lower positioning holes laughing so that the hand pull bar that can be stretched and contracted is positioned in the upper or lower positioning hole during its respectively contraction extension stroke, two wheels are provided at the bottom end of the carriage structure and can be folded up for storage respectively in two reception spaces made on the two lateral sides

 Referring to Figures 1-5, the present invention is a unit formed by a golf cart and a golf bag, and includes a golf bag 1, a golf cart structure 2 and two wheels 3.

 The golf bag 1 is fixedly provided on an internal housing 11 thereof with a chassis 12, the internal housing 11 has a bottom portion 13, the chassis 12 has several mutually spaced dividing plates 122 and three chassis in a circle 123. The outer edge of the bottom portion 13 of the inner housing 11 is in the shape of an arc, and the bottom portion 13 has on its two lateral sides two receiving spaces 131 for receiving the two wheels 3. The inner housing 11 has a groove 111 at the bottom.

 The golf cart structure 2 has a central receiving seat 21 for carrying the uprights 25 for the wheels 3 as well as a hand draw bar 22 which can be stretched and contracted. The central reception seat 21 is embedded in and combined with the groove 111 of the internal housing 11; the hand pull bar 22 which can be stretched and contracted is provided axially in the central receiving seat 21 and in the internal housing 11 of the golf bag.  21 has a receiving housing 213, an upper positioning hole 215 and a lower positioning hole 214 are provided in the outer wall surface of the central receiving seat 21 across the length of the receiving housing 213.

Two openings 211 are provided on the two lateral sides of the reception box 213. The hand pull bar 22 which can be stretched and contracted is connected in a mobile manner to the reception box 213.

The hand pull bar 22 which can be stretched and contracted has an internal sleeve 224 and an external sleeve 221 which is provided around and is movably connected to the internal sleeve 224.  The central reception seat 21 has two seals 26 formed by two sets of transverse sheets for a movable connection with two uprights 25.  golf cart structure 2 with two uprights 25 and with the hand draw bar 22 which can be stretched and contracted, in the folded state (see FIGS. 2a and 2b), the first locking element 27 provided on the wall internal of the external sleeve 221 will cause the locking pawl 272 to engage in the engagement hole 223 on the bottom wall of the external sleeve 221 and in the lower positioning hole 214 of the central receiving seat 21 under the action of the leaf spring 271. Thus, the external sleeve 221 of the hand draw bar 22 which can be stretched and contracted is firmly combined with the lower positioning hole 214 of the central reception seat 21.  Referring to FIGS. 4a-5, the purpose of producing the third locking element 29 is to control the fixing and unlocking between the internal sleeve 224 and the external sleeve 221.  Referring to Figure 1, in use, the golf bag 1, the golf cart structure 2 and the two wheels 3 are mutually connected, as discussed above; then, the golf cart structure 2 is stretched, the bottom portion 13 of the golf bag 1 and the uprights 25 allow the wheels 3 to exit to form a solid support.

 Referring to Figure 6, in use, the golf bag 1 and the golf cart structure 2 are folded, now the wheels 3 are folded to be stored in the spaces 131 at the two lateral sides of the portion bottom 13, and the uprights 25 and the two connecting rods 24 are received

 meanwhile in the openings 211 of the central reception seat 21 to greatly reduce the volume of the whole unit so that it is practical to carry. The unit can be pulled by rolling it on the wheels 3 both in the folded and stretched states, even on a rough golf course.

 The above description relating to the golf bag 1 presented relates only to the part in the internal housing 11. In practice, the internal housing 11 can be used so that it can adapt to any one of various bags outside of it (not shown). It suffices that the central reception seat 21 is made with a zipper; thus after folding, the zipper can be closed and, when the uprights 25 exit, the zipper can be opened.

 The longitudinal lengths in the internal housing 11 of the golf bag of the present invention from the interior portions of the two lateral circular frames 123 to the bottom portion 13 are shorter so that they can receive iron sticks or umbrellas, while the longitudinal length of the outer portion of the circular frames 123 to the bottom portion 13 in the inner housing 11 is longer for receiving wooden golf clubs.

The present invention therefore has the following advantages:
1. The present invention presents a golf cart combined with a golf bag whose entire volume can be greatly reduced; the present invention is convenient for carrying the unit, and therefore the practicability and convenience thereof is greater.

 2. The present invention is designed so that the diameters of the wheels are greater than the heights of the spaces, respectively, on both sides at

 bottom of the golf cart, the whole structure can be dragged by rolling it on the wheels both in the folded and stretched states, so it is extremely convenient to use.

 3. The present invention allows rapid extension and folding and is therefore of practical operation.

 Therefore, the present invention not only eliminates the defects of conventional combinations of golf bags with golf carts, the design of the unit formed by a golf cart structure and a golf bag of the present invention allows achieve the effects of simplicity of operation and convenience of transport, etc., since this unit can be pulled by rolling it in both folded and stretched states, and thereby practicability and convenience of it are greatly increased.

Claims (10)

1. Unit formed by a golf cart and a golf bag comprising a golf bag (1), a golf cart structure (2) and two wheels (3), characterized in that said golf bag comprises a housing interior (11) and is fixedly provided on said interior housing with a frame (12), said interior housing having a bottom portion (13) which has two receiving spaces (131) on its two lateral sides, and said interior housing having a groove (111) at its bottom, in that said golf cart structure is foldable and stretchable and has a central receiving seat (21) for supporting uprights for said wheels and a hand draw bar (22) can be stretched and contracted, in that said central receiving seat is embedded in and combined with said groove of said internal housing, said hand pull bar which can be stretched and contracted is provided axially in said receiving seat central and in said inner case of said golf bag, in that said central receiving seat (21) has upper and lower positioning holes (215,214) so that said hand pull bar which can be stretched and contracted is positioned in said upper or lower positioning hole during its respectively contraction stretching stroke, in that said two wheels (3) are provided at the bottom end of said golf cart structure and are capable of being folded up for storage respectively in said two reception spaces (131) provided on said two lateral sides of said bottom portion, in that the diameters of said wheels are greater than the heights of said reception spaces, the whole of said structure thus being under the shaped like a single golf bag, in that the wheels protrude from said <Desc / Clms Page number 13>  receiving spaces at said two lateral sides of said bottom portion of said internal housing, said golf bag being moved by means of said wheels and in that, when said hand draw bar is raised and stretched, said golf cart structure is stretched by connecting rods, said wheels and the bottom of said golf bag forming a triangle on the ground so that said golf bag is mounted on said golf cart and can be dragged on a golf course.  2. Unit formed by a golf cart and a golf bag according to claim 1, characterized in that said central reception seat (21) has a reception housing for movably connecting said hand draw bar ( 22) to this one.  3. Unit formed by a golf cart and a golf bag according to claim 2, characterized in that said central reception seat has at the two lateral sides of said reception housing two openings (211) for receiving said uprights and connecting rods.  4. Unit formed by a golf cart and a golf bag according to claim 1, characterized in that said hand pull bar comprises an internal sleeve (224) and an external sleeve (221) formed around and connected with a movably to said internal sleeve, said external sleeve having at its upper and lower walls, respectively, an engagement hole, said external sleeve has on its internal wall a first locking element (27) for contracting and positioning said internal sleeve (224 ) and said outer sleeve (221) to be stretched upwards together from their lowest positioning state during the first stage of stretching of said hand draw bar.  5. Unit formed by a golf cart and a golf bag according to claim 4, characterized in that said inner sleeve has an engagement hole on its lower portion and has on its inner wall a second locking element (28) , in that said second locking element on said inner wall of said inner sleeve (224) engages with one end of a second folded blade forming a spring (281), the other end of which is fixedly provided with a second pawl a latch (282) which is provided in said engagement hole on said bottom wall of said inner sleeve and which is engaged with said inner wall of said outer sleeve to provide elastic engagement between said inner sleeve (224) and said outer sleeve (221), in that, when said inner sleeve is released, said second locking member is used to effect said second stage of drawing the tract bar hand ion by means of the relative displacement between said inner sleeve and said outer sleeve.  7.
