Abstract

The storage unit consists of a base panel (1) with a series of triangular-section projections (2) in staggered rows that fill the spaces between cylindrical objects, e.g. bottles. The projections, made e.g. from wood, plywood, agglomerate or plastic, have concave surfaces and hold the bottles by their lower ends only. With the base panel laid flat, side pieces can be added to make containers for transporting the bottles.
