Abstract

Method for preventing a non-authorized person from taking control of an aircraft involves use of a device in which data relating to permitted geographical flying zones are recorded in an autonomous embarked device. The device receives satellite positioning data and compares it with the authorized geographical zones. If the device determines that the aircraft is outside its authorized zone it takes control of the aircraft. The invention also relates to a corresponding device.
