The present invention relates to the manufacture of a dummy and removable grand piano.
(fig. 2)
Bringing a grand piano to a stage requires the assistance of a transporter, tuner and sophisticated sound system. This invention makes it possible to combine the current technology of digital keyboards and other synthesizers with the aesthetics of a grand piano. This piano is composed of a belt (1) in transparent or colored plexiglass of 3.05m long, 32cm high and 3mm thick. This belt (1) is held vertically by means of a groove (2) hollowed out in two wooden supports (3) situated below and above it. (fig. 2)
This plexiglass belt has the originality of being rolled up on itself forming a circle of 60 cm in diameter and thus facilitates its transport.
The elements (4) and (5) removable and grooved on their edges (fig. 1) are fixed by two hinges (6) on the wooden support (3) and hold the belt (1) in place in the groove (2 ).
The wooden support (3) is designed in two parts (fig. 3). It is secured using a lyre (7) and a wooden cleat.
(fig. 5)
The moving head (7) is designed to accommodate the sustain and switch pedals (8) supplied with digital pianos and current synthesizers
The moving head (7) is fixed on a wooden support (9) using a hinge (14), the whole is fixed on the wooden support (3) by means of bolts and nuts (fig. 3) The feet (15-16-17) are fixed by two bolts (10) welded to a flat iron (11) as well as two nuts (12) according to (fig. 4)
The front face of the piano (13) is designed to accommodate all current keyboards. (fig. 5)
The dimensions of the piano are the consequence of a command or the size of the keyboard which it intended.
