La présente invention concerne un système permettant le changement d'affiches publicitaires en toute sécurité et en moins d'une minute. Le changement des affiches suspendues en hauteur est traditionnellement effectué à l'aide d'engins élévateurs, d'échafaudages roulants, d'échelles ou d'escabeaux, ce qui pose généralement des problèmes d'équilibre, de sécurité, de perte de temps et nécessite des autorisations et des qualifications particulières.
