Abstract

The cover (300) consists of a transparent plastic skirt (310), open at both ends, that fits over the head (200) of the brush and has one end shaped to engage with recesses (110) in its handle. The skirt has a cut-away end (313) to engage with the handle and make it sufficiently flexible to disengage from the handle recess when a pressure is applied to it.

Description

An assembly comprising a brush having a handle (100) and a head (200), further comprising a case (300) intended to be placed around the head of the brush (200), characterized in that the case (300 ) forms a skirt (310) open at its two ends, coming as a whole from the same block of material, semi-rigid, which skirt (310) forms a narrowing (314,315, 316,317, 319) capable of cooperating with a narrowing (110) of the brush so that the cooperation of these two narrowing produces a self-maintenance of the case on the brush.

Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the narrowing (110) of the brush is progressive in an area situated on the side of the narrowing which is the furthest from the brush head (200), and in that the skirt ( 310) is sufficiently narrow so as not to be able to pass through this progressive narrowing zone without a push from a user, the skirt (310) being furthermore deformable enough to deviate elastically and pass through this oblique portion under the effect of a push from a user.

An assembly according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the narrowing (314,315, 316,317, 319) of the skirt is formed by an end edge of the skirt (310), and in that this edge is provided with at least one cutout (313) which allows a mutual spacing of at least two parts (316,317) of this border placed on either side of this cutout.

4. Assembly according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the cutout (313) has a rounded outline.

Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the narrowing (314,315, 316,317, 319) of the skirt (310) includes a portion (316,317, 319) forming the end of the skirt, directed obliquely to the main axis of the brush and approaching the handle (100) when traversing this portion (316, 317, 319) in a direction from the head of the brush (200) towards the handle (100) of the brush.

6. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the skirt (310) is made of a transparent material.

7. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the skirt (310) is made of polypropylene.

8. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the skirt (310) has a generally divergent shape in the direction of the end of a tuft of bristles carried by the head of the brush.

9. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the brush has a bulge (210) at the level of the brush head (200), and in that the skirt (310) forms, at its side end handle (100), a re-entrant flange (318) configured to come into abutment against this bulge (210).

10. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the case (300) has a shape such that it protects the bristles (200) of the brush against any flaring of these bristles.

11. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the case (300) is configured so that it allows the case (300) to be replaced on the brush, even if the tuft of bristles (200) is not dry.

12. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the case (300) is configured so as to impart no deformation to the bristles (200) of the brush when the brush is in position in the case (300) , even after using the brush.

13. Case (300) for brush head (210), characterized in that the case (300) forms a skirt (310) open at its two ends, coming as a whole from the same block of material, semi- rigid, which skirt (310) forms a constriction (314,315, 316,317, 319) capable of cooperating with a constriction (110) of a brush so that the cooperation of these two constrictions produces a self-maintenance of the case on the brush.
