Abstract

Device for exchanging information with another device of the same type, e.g. a mobile phone, when pre-entered parameters coincide. Device comprises an input keyboard, a visualization screen, a management module, a communications protocol manager and a radio- electric transceiver. Additionally data can be transmitted using the Bluetooth protocol, and information can be encrypted.

La présente invention concerne un appareil portable permettant l'échange discret et simultané d'informations personnelles entre deux personnes présentes dans un même lieu (pièce, batiment) et dotées chacune d'un exemplaire de cet appareil. Le plus souvent, une conversation est initiée par une personne mais elle peut se voir éconduire. Cela comporte plusieurs inconvénients pour les parties : manque de discrétion, échecs possibles, dérangement non sollicité. Cet appareil permet de remédier à ces inconvénients : en effet, il comporte un clavier et un écran grâce auxquels l'utilisateur saisit les paramètres personnels (PP) le caractérisant, les paramètres des personnes recherchées (PR) et des informations à échanger (INF). La saisie et la visualisation de ces données sont gérées par un module logique doté d'une mémoire électronique. Une fois les paramètres saisis, l'appareil ne nécessite plus de manipulation : en effet, il comporte une partie émetteur/récepteur radioélectrique relié à un contrôleur de protocole qui se met à la recherche d'un autre appareil de même type. Lorsque deux appareils se retrouvent en portée d'émission/réception, les contrôleurs de protocole engagent le dialogue par eux-même, échangent leurs PP et les passent à leur module logique qui vérifie qu'il y a coïncidence entre les PP recus et les PR entrés par l'utilisateur. Si la coïncidence est réalisée pour les deux appareils, ils échangent les INF et les stockent en mémoire pour consultation ultérieure à l'écran. Claims

8) Device according to claim 7 characterized in that it comprises a ringing actuated by the logic module when an exchange is successful.

9) Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a vibrator actuated by the logic module when an exchange is successful.

10) Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the protocol controller allows the encryption of the information exchanged with a remote device of the same kind.
