Abstract

The throw away lighting unit has a transparent tube (1) with a painted surface (2) leaving a transparent slotted band (3). The tube inner has energy saver bulbs (6) and a flexible aluminium sheet (5) providing a reflector. The bulbs are fixed in a socket which are cabled in parallel and fed from a cable feed (8). The assembly is sealed by plastic or resin injection (7).
