Abstract

The drier consists of a frame with folding feet (4, 5), uprights (1) and a rectangular top ring (2) with hanging bars (9) pivoted to its long sides. The bars (9) are deployed horizontally by turning them individually through 270 degrees so they are supported by the opposite side of the ring and laundry can be hung from them. The frame also has a basket (6) for washing waiting to be hung out and a container (8) for clothes pins. A larger family model has a second ring with bars at an appropriate distance below the first.
