Abstract

The vase for simultaneous display of fresh and dried flowers has partitions (2) dividing its interior into sealed sections (3.2) which contain water and other sealed sections (3.1) which remain dry.

Description

The present invention relates to the possibility of putting in the same vase dried flowers or grasses which should not receive water with freshly cut flowers requiring them to have water.

Traditionally, a vase receives a bouquet of dried flowers or a bouquet of fresh flowers. Hence the impossibility of decorating the bouquet of grasses and dried flowers picked by oneself or one's children, fresh flowers such as roses, tulips, etc.

The device according to the invention overcomes this drawback. Its base contains a known object: A vase. The new and inventive characteristics consist in the fact that the vase has sealed vertical internal walls thus constituting, within the same vase, watertight and independent compartments from each other which may or may not contain water without it can spill into compartments that are not intended to contain water.

According to particular embodiments - The various waterproof vertical interior walls must be sealed on the various exterior walls and the bottom of the vase for perfect sealing of the compartments.

- The different waterproof vertical interior walls are not necessarily the same height as the exterior walls of the vase. For better aesthetics, it seems essential that the waterproof vertical interior walls be a quarter lower than the exterior walls of the vase.

- The different waterproof vertical interior walls can be arranged in different ways and can be the same color as the vase or transparent.

- The material chosen for these waterproof vertical interior walls is not defined. It is only necessary that this material is waterproof and can be sealed to the outer walls of the vase.

The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention. Figure 1 shows the entire device of the invention. Figure 2 shows a top view of the device of the invention. FIG. 3 shows a top view of a variant of this device.

With reference to these drawings, the device comprises the external walls of a vase (1) and the sealed vertical internal walls (2), objects of this invention. In Figure 1, these sealed vertical interior walls (2) are shown in dotted lines. Note that these sealed vertical interior walls are shorter by about a quarter of the height of the outer walls of the vase (1).

For Figure 1, the drawn flowers are arranged in the various compartments (3): the dried flowers are arranged in dry compartments (3.1) while the fresh flowers are arranged in compartments containing water (3.2), represented by waves, without the water spilling into the dry compartments (3.1).

The sealed vertical interior walls (2) are sealed on the bottom of the vessel (4) and on the exterior walls of the vessel (1) so that the compartments are sealed.

Alternatively, shown in Figure 3, the sealed vertical interior walls (2) can be arranged in different ways.

Claims (3)

1) Device so that a vase can receive dried flowers and fresh flowers in the same bouquet, characterized in that it has sealed vertical inner walls (2) sealed on the outer walls (1) and the bottom (4) of the vase, thus delimiting the various sealed compartments (3) independent of each other. 2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the sealed vertical inner walls (2) constitute different independent compartments (3) which may or may not contain water. 3) Device according to claim 2 characterized in that the compartments not containing water (3.1) remain dry while the other compartments (3.2) contain water.
