Abstract

Guide ring (5) is fixed to a semi-circular metallic rod (14) with its bent ends (6,7) received in a bore. One of the ends is a lever (8) which can make the ring rotate of one quarter of a turn so that the ring is in line with the axis (2) of the reel and the fishing line (17) can unwind. Spring is forcing the ring back into its original position of line winding.

Description

The invention is in the field of fishing and more particularly line fishing and has for its object a movable wire guide ring for a reel with a rotating spool.

The traditional reels are composed of: Fig. 1. : a T-shaped arm (1) for fixing the reel on the fishing rod (10).

An axis (2) on which the coil turns at the end of this axis, a circlipse (4) will hold the coil in place.

A coil (3) on which the line wire (17) is wound.

A wire guide ring (5) fixed at 1 cm in front of the groove of the spool forces the thread to be wound on the spool.

A brake screw (16) prevents the wire from unwinding too easily when catching a fish.

When the fisherman wants to lengthen his line, he pulls on the line wire 7), the spool turns the line wire unwinds more or less easily depending on the brake setting.

This system prevents long-distance bait from being launched.

The present invention makes it possible to release the wire from the line (1 without effort. By pulling on the wire the spool does not rotate.

 CLAIMS 1. - Mobile wire guide ring for a spinning reel characterized in that it is fixed on a metal rod (14) in the shape of a semicircle which is bent at each end (6 and 7) and provided with a lever (8) which when activated by the user causes the thread guide ring (5) to make a quarter turn; 2. - wire guide ring according to claim 1 characterized in that the lever (8) constitutes the extension of the axis (6); 3. - wire guide ring according to claim 1 and 2., characterized in that two springs (12 and 13) tend to bring the support of the ring (14) in winding position of the line wire (17); 4. - wire guide ring according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wire guide ring (5) is in alignment with the axis (2) spool support when the user actuates the lever ( 8) 5. - Wire guide ring according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pins (6 and 7) are received in two drilled bosses (10 and 11).
