Abstract

The tngue scraper consists of a holder (1) and a head (11) which is drawn over the surface of the tongue to remove any coating from it. The head can be in the shape of a hook, ring, triangle or other appropriate geometrical shape, and has rounded corners and edges (12). In a variant of the design the scraper can be made as part of a toothbrush handle, e.g. as a ring for suspending the toothbrush from a hook.
