Description

La présente invention concerne un gel de polissage pour des objets en résine,  The present invention relates to a polishing gel for resin objects,

plastique, verre et métaux précieux.  plastic, glass and precious metals.

The existing polishing products currently on the market offer the disadvantage of being in the form of powders or pastes, which users must prepare, by adding water to them, in order to make them fluid and usable. First consequence, an obvious waste of time in handling and preparation. In addition, these products dry very quickly in the polishing box, forming a fairly hard crust, so you have to redo the preparation with a further waste of time. The friction of the brush and the object to be polished creates a heating causing the evaporation of the water which has been added. Consequently, a surface burn appears mainly on plastics and resins. It is then necessary to repolish the altered part of the object, hence a waste of time. In addition, these products release a lot of harmful dust for users; which by inhalation, can cause serious health problems, including sinus and lung damage. The hands of the users, they too are exposed to severe tests, indeed, these products give rise to cracks, as well as a dryness of the skin, in particular in winter period. On the other hand, and only in the prosthetic field, laboratories, despite the risks of infection, cannot invest in several polishing boxes, for reasons of profitability. The double use20 of the same product in the same box, for polishing new prostheses and prostheses already worn (in the case of repairs or transformations), therefore has the

La présente invention permet de remédier à tous ces inconvénients ci-dessus mentionnés.  effect, to make these products carriers of bacteria, and pathogenic germs. The present invention overcomes all of these drawbacks mentioned above.

Grâce à l'effet lubrifiant de la glycérine35 associé à l'effet abrasif de la poudre de pierre ponce, ce gel ne brûle pas les objets en  The invention is in the form of a gel, it is mainly composed of a mixture between a lubricant and an abrasive. Preferably, the glycerin level is between 10% and 90% and from 10% to 90% for pumice powder. A mixture of 40% to 65% glycerin and 35% to 65% pumice powder gives a good result. This gel is ready to use, the user will save time because it is free of preparation and handling. Thanks to the lubricating effect of glycerine35 combined with the abrasive effect of pumice powder, this gel does not burn objects

As a result, polishing is made faster (time savings of 30% to 50%), work is made easier, the user therefore saves time,

rentabilité, en confort et qualité de travail.  profitability, comfort and quality of work.

La  Thanks to the binding and softening properties of glycerin, this gel is completely free of dust, it preserves the health of users on the risks for the respiratory and pulmonary tracts, it protects and softens the epidermis of the hands. Advantageously, the gel also includes an appropriate disinfectant, to eliminate pathogenic bacteria and germs in the event that contamination has occurred by an infectious prosthesis having already been worn. By this fact, it eliminates the risk of contamination and plays a protective role both for the user and for the patients fitted. This disinfecting solution can be made from alcohol, chlorates, or any bleached product or even hydrogen peroxide. The

Avantageusement, le colorant doit être de  The addition of one or more dyes makes it possible to better visualize the state of the polishing, and ensures an aesthetic effect. This polishing gel can be used in particular within the confines of a laboratory for the preparation of dental prostheses in order to polish resin prostheses and precious alloy prostheses. However, it can also be used in dental surgeries, orthopedic prosthesis laboratories, hearing aid laboratories, eye prosthesis laboratories, optics, jewelry, or foundry workshops precious metals, and finally all manufacturers of objects in

matières plastiques, résines, et métaux précieux.  plastics, resins, and precious metals.

This polishing gel can be packaged in buckets, trays, pots, boxes, containers, tubes, all in plastic or metal, in different formats and
