Abstract

Instrument consists of a holder shaped to fit in the hand, equipped with a nozzle, a suction tube and a feed tube for delivering a liquid decongestant such as a physiological serum, a hypertonic saline serum or a vasoconstrictor medication for adults. A trigger on the holder, operated by the thumb, allows the feed and suction tubes to be controlled alternatively to eliminate an obstruction.
