Abstract

The medal commemorates sporting victories of a team and is composed of a medallion (2) fastened (3) to a ribbon (1) whose colors represents those of the team. The number of victories is represented by stars (4), and the previous five years in which the trophy was won is represented by fasteners (5).

Description

The present invention relates to several medals (style
decoration), commemorating trophies won by
sports teams.

These medals reflect the different victories
of a team, whether in the cup or in the championship. They
indicate the team colors, the trophy won, the number of victories per trophy, as well as the last five years in which the trophy was won.

To do this, they consist of a ribbon (1) (colors of
the team), from one to five staples (5) (last years of victory),
a fastening system (3) for connecting the ribbon to
medallion, one medallion (2) to represent the trophy, another
fastening system (6) for hanging the medal (on a
clothing for example), and if necessary one or more stars
(4).

The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention:
Figure 1 shows a front view of a medal with all the different parts described below.

FIG. 2 represents a medal and indicating the dimensions that can be used.

Detailed description of each element forming part of the invention:
1-The Ribbon (1): Piece of fabric bearing the colors of
the team, which can be extended according to the number of stars (4)
and staples (5) which are attached.

2-The Medallion (2): Miniaturization in metal of the trophy
win. It has a flat face (back side) and a
raised face (front side), of identical color and shape
to the trophy.

3-The Attachment (3): The attachment system must be the best suited
so as to securely connect the medallion (2) to the ribbon (1)
while allowing it mobility in the vertical axis. It exists
therefore several attachment systems (3) possible.

4-L'Etoile (4): Metallic star with five branches and in relief
whose top of the relief is located in the center of the star. She is
golden in color. It can be of two dimensions
different (0.8 cm (4b) to represent ten wins and 0.5
cm (4a) to represent five victories). She must be
secured to the ribbon (1).

5-The Clip (5 Rectangular and made of metal. It is
golden color and in relief. It represents a
date in the form of a year in which the team was a winner. She
can be of two different dimensions (0.5 by 2 cm (5a) if
the year entered is counted in a star and 0.7 by
2.5 cm (5b) if the year entered is not counted in
one star (4)).

6-L'Epingle (6!: Attachment system for hanging
all in one garment. It is located at the top and on the side
non visible.

Variants can be made to this invention: Dimensions different from those indicated in FIG. 2.

-Use for the manufacture of different materials than those
indicated above.

-Use of different colors for the medallion (2), the
stars (4) and the clip (s) (5) than those indicated above.

The color of the ribbon (1) can be chosen for a defined trophy and
no longer represent team colors (one color per
trophy).

-The medallion (2), the star (s) (4) and the staple (s) (5)
may be without relief.

-The ribbon (1) can be manufactured in different shapes
-The positioning of the different parts can be different than
the one indicated in figure 1.

-Possibility of manufacturing the invention in limited series and
numbered.
