Abstract

-] - The present invention relates to a brush containing liquid for

  hair care. The liquid flows into the hair and enters its root at the movement of the brush, under a slight pressure exerted on its upper part by the palm of the hand. Hair care occupies an important place in the cosmetic field. Young and old seek to care for their hair, to maintain its shine, color and elasticity. This brush is not only useful for the maintenance of dry, oily, dandruff, fragile or forked hair, it is also effective in treating

  problems with lice or dry hair.

  The hair care products we usually use are sold in a generally heavy glass bottle with an air pump. In order to spread the liquid in the hair, it is necessary to pour the contents in the hand or on a brush. This does not spread the right amount of product in the hair and wastes it. Even more, the products dirty hands and even clothes. Finally, the product bottles are abandoned after the product has been used up. Patent EP 0741983 AI has presented us with a solution to this problem. But in addition to its complex structure and its too small reservoir, the product can only flow from four teeth. These disadvantages, as well as its excessive weight prevent it from being a

ideal solution.

  Another example was patent 2744890. We can see from the drawing that it contains a bellows, but the liquid inside it can only flow in one direction, without being able to spread to the hairline. Its bellows is too small to contain a sufficient amount of liquid. Its design does not facilitate handling. By pressing the bellows with the palm of their hand, the user

  feels his fingers clenched and fatigue in the arm.

  However, this brush can contain all kinds of hair care products, such as dyes, lotions, antipruritics, water, hair oil, etc. The liquid inside the brush is maintained in the absence of external pressure. Otherwise, the liquid flows through the holes of the hollow teeth in the hair when the brush moves. The liquid inside the brush flows through the hair under slight external pressure. Its multiple function, its simplicity of design as well as its ease of use constitute its main qualities. This industrial manufacturing product is characterized by:

  * the cap (1) of the tank (6), screwed to the threaded groove inside spiral (8).

  It connects the bellows (3) and the perforated sole (9) (10). The hollow teeth (5) are

  introduced into the holes in the sole (10).

  The hollow teeth (5) are made of elastic and resistant material. They are perpendicular to the sole (9). Claims (8)

  1. The present brush containing hair products is characterized in that it comprises a large reservoir (6), including a bellows and hollow teeth. You can pour different liquids into it, such as tincture, lotion, antipruritics, water, hair oil, etc. When brushing, under external pressure, the liquid is ejected into the   hair through the holes (7 and 11) of the hollow teeth (5).   The bellows, component of the reservoir (6), operates according to the following principles - In the absence of external pressure, the reservoir retains its volume and   retains the liquid inside the tank (6).   - In case of pressure on the upper part (2) the tank (3) made of flexible material in foldable form, decreases its volume, so that the pressure inside the tank (6) increases and forces the liquid to s '' flow through the perforated holes at the tip (11) and on the sides (7)   hollow teeth (5) to penetrate the hair and scalp.   2. According to claim 1, the hollow teeth (5), characterized by its position perpendicular to the sole (9), can have a hole at the tip and several holes on the sides (7), or only at the tip (11 ). The exit of the side holes (7) could take the swollen shape in order to better orient the jet of the liquid. When the cap is properly closed, the size of the holes must allow the liquid to be retained, in the absence of external pressure. The shape of the teeth could be flat to untangle the hair l0 more easily.   According to claim 5, the sole (9), characterized by its position perpendicular to the handle (4) and to the hollow teeth (5) perforated at the tip (11) or on the sides (7) as required. We could also, in a certain order, arrange the hollow teeth perforated at the tip with the solid teeth, or those perforated on the sides to improve its functions.   7. In the structure described above, characterized in that it guarantees both safety, comfort, ergonomic handling and aesthetic appearance, the brush   could take different forms (round or otherwise).   8. According to the claims, the characteristics of which are described above, most of the   elements of the brush are obtained by molding in transparent plastic and multicolored thin.
