Abstract

The weighted waistcoat has an approximately rectangular shape with a central opening (1) through which the user's head can pass.   Bodybuilding is traditionally done by different devices or training exercises; but it is not complete for precise movements. Some practitioners of bodybuilding use devices: machines, dumbbells ... But the mobility and freedom of the body is not total. The vest, according to the invention , allows to remedy this drawback.sI1 has indeed according to a first characteristic: a basic shape approaching the rectangle, an opening through which can be introduced the head of a person, a front part which rests on the chest, a rear part which is posed on the top of the back, fasteners at the lateral ends of the vest and curved sides in an arc; these fasteners allow to put the vest at its convenience. The two parts of the vest are loaded identically or differently with a load scale in grams and kilograms. The loads can be distributed in the front and rear parts in the form of fluid materials; either these parts are produced in the form of a mold thick material,

  flexible and stable on which masses will be loaded.

  According to the particular embodiments: -the fasteners can be replaced by an elastic texture or not

elastic.

  -the device can be put on and removed by a closure system (laces, hook-and-loop straps, "zipper" closure, press button).

  With reference to these drawings, the device has an opening in the center (1) large enough to pass the head and leave the neck free of any movement, a front part (2) with a mass distributed throughout the part, a 30 rear part (3) with a mass distributed throughout the part.   1) Weight vest characterized in that it has a basic shape approaching the rectangle, has a central opening (1) for passing the head of a user, two contiguous parts loaded with masses (2) (3), a front part intended to be placed on the chest, a rear part intended to be placed on the upper back; at the lateral ends of each base (4) of the two parts (2) (3) are fasteners (5) and the lateral edges (6) being curved in shape   arc. 2) Vest according to claim 1, characterized in that the parts (2) (3) are filled with fluid and stable materials.   3) Vest according to claim 2, characterized in that the fluent materials   are grains, powder or liquids.   4) Vest according to claim 1, characterized in that the texture of the two   parts (2) (3) is made of canvas, plastic, leather or fabric.   ) Vest according to claim 1, characterized in that the fasteners (5) are either grippers or elastic, snaps or closure "lightning".   6) Vest according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a closure system chosen from: laces, Velcro strips, closure "lightning" or press studs.   7) Vest according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the parts (2) (3) are loaded identically or differently with a load scale in grams and kilograms. 8) Vest according to claim 1, characterized in that the parts (2) (3) are made in the form of a mold of thick, flexible and stable material on which will be responsible for the masses.
