Abstract

Fixations de ski composite, caractérisées par l'usage d'un ressort composite, aboutissant sur les mors de fixation de la chaussure.

Description

Etat de la technique. Les fixations des chaussures de ski, impliquent
l'usage de mécanismes complexes, faisant appel à des ressorts hélicoïdaux et des systèmes de basculeurs et tirants. Il existe jusqu'à 40
pièces dans une fixation avant.
Objet de l'invention.
Il s'agit de simplifier et de rationaliser le mécanisme en utilisant les propriétés de deux
barres élastiques composites (1 et 1').
* Principe de l'invention.
Ces deux barres, préférentiellement de sections elliptiques, cylindriques, parallélepipediques, etc..., sont reliées préférentiellement surmoulées aux mors de fixation de la chaussure (2 et 2'), d'une part et à dispositif de réglage (3 et 3'), tenu par un support (4 et
4'), qui permet de les précontraindre. Le support 5 est fixé sur le ski 6.
Vue de dessus, on note que le mécanisme est constitué de 2 ensembles, 3 symétriques dans
un miroir.
Grâce au mécanisme de type 3 et 4, il est possible d'exercer des précontraintes entre les 2
fixations de chaussure 2, 2' d'une part, et entre ces fixations et le socle 5 d'autre part.
Avantageusement, des matières viscoelastiques et des cames d'appuis peuvent être intégrés
au mécanisme 3 de façon à introduire des non linéarités dans le déclenchement de la fixation.
Un bossage ou des stries entre les faces d'appuis des pièces 2 et 5 peuvent compléter ce
mécanisme pour affiner le réglage du déclenchement.
