Abstract

The lighting pit has a concrete shell (1) with an open top. The shell is set in the ground, with its top level with the surface. -1- The present invention relates to a luminous decorative device

  for horizontal surfaces such as in particular sidewalks, squares, quays, drilling areas, halls, etc., characterized in that it consists of a decorative light box embedded in the ground, either indoors or outdoors, and intended to illuminate by transparency a positive film between two

  glass plates located at ground level.

  The first volume (5) is composed, in the upper part, of two glass plates (6) between which the film is placed (photo, positive, etc.).   The film is sealed by a silicone seal at the periphery of the two glass plates (6). This seal will be

  redone at each maintenance or replacement of the film.
